Temporary illusions of fanciful flight
that haphazardly whisk you away in the night
delusional fantasies of life and true love
what in the hell was your heart thinking of??!
Towers of hope still under construction
crumble to walls by fated destruction
shattering your faith in some power supreme
when you finally see it was all just a dream
